2010 NGI National Conference - venue confirmed
The venue for the 2010 Nursery & Garden Industry National Conference has been confirmed.
The Conference, which is to take place in Darwin from April 19 to 22, will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre.
The Convention Centre is the centerpiece of the AUD1.1 billion Darwin Waterfront, a 25 hectare lifestyle precinct a few minutes walk from the city centre.
Looking to the city from the edge of the Arafura Sea, the Centre is the imminent iconic landmark of Australia's tropical harbour city. Ringside views of Darwin's serene seascapes complete the sense of occasion at this world-class venue.
NGIA National Marketing & Communications Manager Jacqui Gibbs says: "Tropical Darwin is a very enticing conferenece destination. I believe Darwin Convention Centre will provide us with a fresh and unique conference experience backed by exceptional facilities."
With jaw-dropping sunsets, pristine beaches and 8.4 average hours of sunshine each day, why not make the 2010 National Conference the beginning of a well-earned holiday and spend some days after the program relaxing and exploring the region?
