Are you an exporter?
If so, the 2009 Nursery & Garden Industry Awards are a great opportunity for you to gain national recognition as industry’s best, as well as review business progress and identify areas of improvement.
Since last year, the Export Award has been presented as part of the nursery & garden industry’s annual awards. The Export Award recognises business initiative in relation to export success.
The award is open to all industry businesses exporting nursery and garden product including green-life, allied garden products, horticultural services, industry technology and plant breeder rights.
All exporters that fall into these categories are encouraged to enter the 2009 Awards. The National Winner of the Export Award will receive recognition as the industry’s best through National, State and local media publicity; the 2009/10 Nursery Trade Register; industry newsletters as well as superior brand recognition.
Jeff Cooke from Ramm Botanicals, which won the 2008 Nursery & Garden Industry Export Award, says receiving the award enhanced the company’s reputation as a reliable exporter of Australian native plants.
“Exporting is an important part of growing our business and recognition of our success was most gratifying.”
Entries are now open, and close on July 21, 2008.
