Closing this week - CNP Student Scholarship applications
Don't miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime. Two lucky horticulture students have the chance to win a trip to the 2010 NGI Conference in Darwin. Be in quick, applications close this week (November 13).
Applications for the CNP Student Scholarship Program opened in August 2009 and offer the opportunity for two horticulture students (Metropolitan and Regional areas) in their final year of study, an expense paid trip to Darwin in April 2010 to attend the NGIA National Conference.
The experience of travelling to Darwin, networking with industry peers and attending the industry relevant professional development sessions is invaluable to horticulture students wanting to get ahead in the industry. The media exposure that sponsor Australian Horticulture magazine gives to the state finalists and national winners is also of great benefit to the student for their portfolio.
The simple application process involves the student, their educator and employer and must be forwarded to the NGIA office by close of business Friday November 13.
Further information and application forms can be found on the NGIA website or by calling Fiona Kelly on (02) 9876 5200 or fiona.kelly@ngia.com.au
